This hereby seals the agreement to the terms of service as stated below.

The designer (S. Robinson) will provide the service(s) listed on the invoice/booking form provided.

All graphics will be delivered in a maximum of  7-14 days unless specified by the designer and agreed

upon by the designer and the client. The client has a maximum limit of 3 proofs (how many times the 

designer edits the graphic(s) and re-sends the item). All edits that exceed the maximum limit will be charged

$5 extra per edit. After delivery of any graphic(s), the designer is not liable for any mishaps. The client

may contact the designer for past graphics but it is not guaranteed that the designer will still have the graphics 

in the archive.

The client will provide, clearly, all things desired of the service that they need provided. This includes, but not 

limited to, the date, time, location, and theme of the event, any speakers or spokesperson(s), and any

specific needs or wants to be taken into consideration in the development of each graphic.
